  • Damage report of the defective device:
    Contact your contact person in our support or write us an e-mail. We need the details of your company, your device, which device it should be exchanged with and your desired address to which it should be delivered.
  • Replacement is initiated immediately:
    We will ship your desired device within 24 hours on weekdays so that you can have your replacement device on site as soon as possible and your accessibility is guaranteed again.
  • Send defective device to BPV
    In order to be able to return the defective device, you will receive a return label by e-mail. This way, you can easily and free of charge send your device back to us within ten days.

What do you pay for the replacement of the devices?

Our LIAM 24-hour exchange service includes the dispatch of new or replacement equipment. In the event of damage, only a small submersible fee is required. Of course, we also replace your defective device if it is outside the warranty period and also in case of self-fault.
