We have set up a 24-hour replacement-service especially for you, which will provide you with a replacement device as soon as possible in the event of damage or loss. In concrete terms, this means that we will ship your desired device within 24 hours. Typically, the device arrives at the destination address within one to two working days.

Is the software already installed on the newly delivered devices?

We will do everything we can to ensure that you can return to work without restrictions as soon as possible. That’s why our LIAM service also includes the outright configuration. This means that we know exactly which employee needs which access data, device, and software, and can upload them straight away to the new device. Thus, your employee no longer needs to configure the delivered device. Thanks to our mobile device management it is already fully set up and ready for immediate use.

How exactly does the exchange service work?

If you have chosen our LIAM service, replacing defective and lost equipment is a breeze. The following steps will take you to your new replacement device:

  • Damage report of the defective device:
    Reach out to your contact person in our support department or write us an e-mail. We need the details of your company, your device, which device it should be replaced with and a desired address to which it should be delivered.
  • Replacement is initiated immediately:
    We will ship your desired device within 24 hours on weekdays, so that you can have your replacement device on site as soon as possible and your accessibility is guaranteed again.
  • Send defective device to BPV:
    In order to be able to return the defective device, you will receive a return label by e-mail. This way, you can easily and free of charge send your device back to us within ten days.

What do you pay for the replacement of the devices?

Our LIAM 24-hour exchange service includes the dispatch of new or replacement equipment. In the event of damage, only a small submersible fee is required. Of course, we also replace your defective device if it isn’t covered by the warranty anymore and also in case of self-inflicted damage.
